A smoky, juicy classic from our tandoor — tender chicken pieces marinated overnight in yogurt, ginger, garlic and a blend of house spices, then skewered and roasted over live heat until lightly charred at the edges.
Our Chicken Tikka begins with boneless chicken thigh cubes marinated for a full 24 hours in thick yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri chilli, roasted cumin, coriander and garam masala. The long marination is what delivers that signature tender bite and deep colour. We skewer the pieces with onion and capsicum, then roast them in our tandoor until the edges char and the insides stay juicy.
